We ordered room service and got carne asada quesadillas, nachos and 2 bottles of wine. The rooms are smart rooms, so you don't have to turn on any lights. Bath products were on point - they provided not only the standard shampoo/conditioner/lotion, which was high end and smelled heavenly, but they also provided a dental kit with toothbrush, toothpaste and mouthwash, bath salts, a rubber ducky for the tub, makeup remover wipes, shower caps, and more. The bathrooms are to-die for with rain showers, and giant soaking tubs. The new room was GORGEOUS, so spacious and well-appointed. I was extremely grateful that they took care of this.
I notified the concierge via text (they assign you a personal concierge to communicate with) and within 30 min they switched me to a room that matched my expectation.
When I got there, our room had a parking lot view and I was upset because the room was $450 for one night and that's a lot to pay for a view of the parking lot. My expectation was that I would have mountain view, based on the photos from booking online. I booked a corner suite for my husband's 40th birthday, since we had tickets to the Wine & Chocolate Festival that weekend, which was held at the casino.
